HOW TO JOIN IHS
	There are three types of membership: Standard Adjunct Associate* *Associate membership is free and only available to those residing in one of the 100 poorest countries listed by the World Health Organization. Eligibility criteria is the same as for Standard membership. Apply for Asociate membership HERE. STANDARD MEMBERSHIP Standard membership is open to all who are professionally engaged or interested in the study of headache disorders and have university or equivalent qualifications in any relevant field including medicine, surgery, psychiatry, medical or biomedical science, psychology, nursing, physical therapy, social work, pharmacy or medical ethics or law. Standard members pay the required fee and are UK Company Law Members. There is a choice of membership category: - Standard full member - Standard online-only member - Standard junior member If you meet the criteria then you are invited to apply for membership online using our secure online payment facility. As part of the application process, you will be asked to send your CV to the IHS administrative office. *Please note, membership will not be activated until your CV has been received and reviewed. IHS reserves the right to re-categorise your application. Join HERE ADJUNCT & CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP Adjunct and coporate membership is offered to those who are not eligible to become a Standard member. Adjunct and corporate membership is offered to those who are not eligible to become a Standard member, but who are otherwise professionally engaged or interested in headache, including professional lay people working in headache, e.g. patient organisation representatives, headache writers, headache advocacy people, etc., and to people working for pharmaceutical companies in the neurology field. They are not UK Company Law members, do not have righting votes and are not eligible to stand for election to the Board of Trustees. The fees for Adjunct membership will match the fees for Full and Online-only Standard membership.
