From 29 September to 1 October, IHS will organise the first IHS Regional Headache Conference (RHC), the objective being to hold a smaller congress in non-IHC years in a different region to where IHC has been or will be held.

Chaired by Past-President, Messoud Ashina, and Board member, Maria Teresa Goicochea, the 1^st RHC will be held in Buenos Aires, Argentina, from 29 September to 1 October 2022 – the first time IHS has held a larger meeting in the region. It will be a unique opportunity for neurologists and researchers from the wider Latin America region to come together to discuss headache medicine and science with international headache opinion leaders.
