目标

The aims of the Leadership and Development Standing Committee are to:

identify interested and qualified candidates for the President-elect and Elected Trustees
nominate two candidates for election as President-elect, either from nominations received or from nominations by the Committee
ensure that the Board composition reflects the international and multicultural diversity of the members, supports and develops junior candidates, and enables a culture of open selection.

The Chairman of the Standing Committee is the Immediate Past-President.
