With over 1,000 delegates in person and another 500 virtual, this was a fantastic return for the IHS International Headache Congress – our first since Dublin in 2019.

There are many people to thank, but the highest accolades go to IHS President and Congress Co-Chair Cristina Tassorelli who has been a constant source of energy in the run-up to the congress, local Congress Co-Chair Min Kyung Chu, President of the Korean Headache Society, who has worked tirelessly especially in the weeks before the congress – he was always there to solve the vast variety of problems that arise when holding a congress so far away from the society administrative hub, and the three Scientific Programme Chairs, Hayrunnisa Bolay, KC Brennan and Gianluca Coppola whose innovative programme spurred the attendance of so many delegates.

Thanks also of course to all the speakers who gave their time to travel to Seoul and without whom the congress would not have been possible. We are indebted.

And finally thanks to MCI, the IHC Congress Organiser, who provided an excellent on-site experience for us all.
