Biography

Dawn C. Buse PhD is a Clinical Professor of Neurology at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City, a member of the Board of Directors of the Headache Cooperative of the Pacific and a licensed psychologist.  She lives in San Diego, California.  She is a coinvestigator on many large epidemiologic studies of migraine and has published approximately 250 scientific manuscripts in peer reviewed journals.  She has won 15 research and professional awards for her work in the field of migraine and headache diseases.  She has worked with people with migraine and other chronic painful conditions for more than two decades providing biofeedback, cognitive behavioral therapy, relaxation training as well as conducting research and being an active patient advocate.  (Dawnbuse.com)
