Biography
Derya Uluduz, MD, Professor of Neurology, is the Founder and Director of the Brain360 Clinic in Istanbul, Türkiye. She is also a retired Professor of Neurology at Istanbul University–Cerrahpasa, Faculty of Medicine, where she has led research and clinical programs focused on headache, neuroinflammation, stroke, and neurolongevity.
Prof. Uluduz completed her Neurology residency and PhD training at Istanbul University–Cerrahpasa, followed by advanced studies in Headache Medicine. She has authored and co-authored over 100 peer-reviewed publications, book chapters, and international reports on migraine, cluster headache, and pediatric headaches.
She is an active member of the International Headache Society (IHS), European Headache Federation (past board member), and past president of Lifting the Burden in Headache, Chairwoman of Turkish BEYINDER-Brain Health Society, and vice president of GMPS Headache Society.
In Türkiye, Prof. Uluduz has played a key role in establishing the Turkish Headache Platform, increasing public awareness, professional education, and early diagnosis initiatives in headache medicine. She is also a frequent speaker at global scientific meetings, a member of the editorial network of the Journal of Headache & Pain, and an advocate for women in headache.
