Biography

Since 2001, Vincenzo Guidetti has been Professor of Child and Adolescent Neurology and Psychiatry at the University of Rome “La Sapienza”. He is also the Director of the Child and Adolescent Headache Center of the Department of Child and Adolescent Neurology and Psychiatry (University of Rome “La Sapienza”).

Vincenzo Guidetti has been a member of IHS (Munich 1983). He was Chairman of the Paediatric Subcommittee from 1995-2003, a member of the Executive Committee from 2003-2009, and originator  of the International Headache Society Master Schools.

He was President of the Italian Headache Society from 2009-2010, Chairman of  the Executive of Child and Adolescent Neuropsychiatry University Professors 2011-2017, Member of the Executive of Italian Medical Professor Association 2011-2018 and Director of Postgraduate School in Child and Adolescent Neuropsychiatry from 2013 to present.
