We welcome all national societies to become an Affiliate Member Society of IHS.

For a national headache society to become a member of IHS, there are the following requirements:

a) A Formal Constitution
This should set out the objects and regulations of the society and should be written in English (see Guidelines below).

(b) A list of current Board members/Directors including positions

(c) A Completed Membership Application Form
The society must complete an application form (see below) accepting the responsibilities of membership of IHS, signed by an authorised Officer of the society.  

(d) Election of a Representative
A representative of the society will be entitled to sit on the IHS Advisory Council. The representative must hold individual membership of IHS, with all membership dues paid.
