Bringing Patient-Centered and Evidence-Based Headache Education to Healthcare Professionals in Africa

Hybrid (Zoom, Private YouTube Channel, and 5 Regional Training Centers – Uganda, Gambia, Kenya, Malawi, Ghana)

The program this year will be hybrid to help reach the first-line healthcare workers who see patients with headache disorders and who may not have routine access to internet.

Target Audience: 1,500 participants (1,318 participants in 2024)

Aims: To bring patient-centered headache education to healthcare professionals of all levels in Africa, especially those who take care of the highest number of patients with headache disorders (community health workers, nurses) in order to help with diagnosis and patient-centered management.
